“National Anthems with the Choir”
Founded in 1982, the Bratislava Boys’ Choir is renowned throughout Europe and hes performed in The United States, Canada, Russia, Japan…and know in Turkey.
The ensemble placed first at the international choral competitions. High critical accalaim has led to repeated engagements with the Wiener Staatsoper, Wiener Konzerthaus, and Hamburger Symphoniker. The choir regularly performs with the Slovak Philharmonic and the Slovak National Theatre. Its repertoire includes both sacred and secular music. The choir is led by its founder Magdelana Rovnakova.
Coming to Turkey for the first time, the choir will perform music from oratorios, cantatas, contemporary pieces, adapted folk songs, spirituals along with accompanying Sefika Kutluer on Turkish melodies.
