Flute soloist Şefika Kutluer, known internationally for her achievements and interesting projects, performs the most virtuoso and popular pieces of the classical music repertoire with world-renowned orchestras and makes CD recordings that are highly acclaimed, and from time to time, creates interesting projects: In 2000, she recorded a CD in which popular Tangos were performed with flute accompanied by a symphonic orchestra for the first time, and his CD named “Latin Romance”, which also included the composition “Sefika’s Menuetto” dedicated to her, and Portuguese Fados for the first time in the World with flute and she became one of the most followed classical music artists in the Latin World, as well. She also adapted Bach’s works to Jazz and released them on 2 CDs.

Now, Kutluer will take the stage with European Baroque Players on 26 November 2021, with the unforgettable pieces of “Beatles” and “Elvis Presley”, the pop world’s classics, adapted to classical music in baroque style.

Peter Breiner, a world-class musician with his work as a composer, arranger, pianist and conductor, arranged the famous works of the Beatles and Elvis Presley in  Baroque style by blending them with the works of Vivaldi and Bach.

In Breiner’s “Beatles Concerto Grosso No:2; While listening to “A Hard Day’s Night” by The Beatles, you will hear Vivaldi’s Spring concerto from 4 Seasons and “And I Love Her”, again to the Spring concerto; while listening to “Paperback Writer” you will hear the Autumn concerto.

In Breiner’s “Beatles Concerto Grosso No: 3”; dreaming the Rondo, Sarabande, Bourree, Polonaise and Badineri of the Overture in Bach’s 2nd Suite, you will listen to the hits of the Beatles’: “The Long and Winding Road”, “Eight Days a Week”, “She is Leaving Home”, “We can Work It Out”, “Hey Jude” and “Yellow Submarine” from Şefika Kutluer’s flute in Baroque style.

In Flute Concerto Grosso no:2, which Breiner rewrote in Baroque style on the famous works of Elvis Presley, this time Şefika Kutluer will take us on a Baroque journey in Elvis’ world.
