35th Ankara Film Festival presented Kutluer the “Art Treasure (Monument of Art)” Award

The Foundation explained the reason for the awarding of the Monument of Art Prize to “State Flute Soloist” Şefika Kutluer, known as the “Magic Flute” in the music universe, as “developing a versatile language of expression with the flute, becoming a source of inspiration not only with music but also with her perspective on art, turning the music festival organized in her name into an international art event and gaining a large fan base worldwide with her music.”
